KYB Gas Adjust or MonoMax? (1 Viewer)

Getting some new shocks for my fj60. Due to the extremely good deal I get on kyb's through a family member I am looking at the gas adjust or the new monomax. I know the good ol' gas adjust and how they perform but I don't know anything about monomax.

Are they worth the very small difference in price over the gas adjust?
They seem to be marketed to suv truck market.

Both shocks are mono tube, same design as Billstein. The Monomax looks to be much larger, which is usally better for offroad conditions.
