Wanted Knuckles from axle of 76 and up FJ40. (2 Viewers)

Located in California, Bay Area. My drum brakes are toast. My fj40 has been a paper weight since I bought it 6 months ago. I finally figured out what I need to convert it to discs. Looking for a complete axle or axle components from a 76 or later FJ40, preferably an axle that has disc brakes on it already? Thanks.

If you bought a 40 year old axle, you’d need to rebuild it anyways. So if you don’t need an extra 3rd member and housing laying around, just buy the knuckles and an overhaul kit.

I have a 71. I’m not really sure of exactly what I need to go ful discs.

Look on Sacramento Craigslist there's a 69 Land Cruiser the guy is parting out. It has axles off of a 77 fj40 on it.
