Knuckle Studs - Help locating -1978 FJ40 (1 Viewer)

Need 12 of these studs.... for reinstalling my WARN hubs...
(better get 14)

anyone know a fast vendor that doesnt take two weeks to ship a handful of stuff.?

If they are just metric studs, can you get them at a fully-stocked Ace Hardware? Might be worth looking there.

I may be mistaken, but I think the axle outers (knuckles, spindles, hubs, etc.) are the same as on the early 80's hilux/pickup/4runner, companies that mostly trade in that market such as Low Range Off Road or MarlinCrawler should have them and are typically pretty quick.

@cruiseroutfit will take care of you. I just ordered a set for my 40. You can get OEM or aftermarket. I got aftermarket for hubs but went OEM for knuckle studs since that’s a much more critical part (but sounds like you aren’t replacing those).

Do you need knuckle studs or wheel hub studs? Knuckle studs would have nothing to do with Warn hubs
