I love that area...how cold did it get ?

Daytime temps were 60-70s, 2-3am temps were 20-30s I'm guessing (I was freezing in an unzipped mummy bag and a wool blanket over me on the cot)

I gave up mummy bags a long time ago. My current sleeping bag is in a box larger than my 10'X16' two room tent has. I also have two pre WWII GI issue wool blankets. Raised off the ground I use one under all the time and one on top as needed.
It's been weeks since I was up north and that area was still closed. Was there any snow on the ground? Was hoping to be up north last summer which didn't happen.
This summer isn't looking good either.
One way or another summer next year I will be there even if it means my ashes.
