Knocking left front CV (1 Viewer)

So
I had cv joints replaced by a reliable shop in town
Got my Vehicle back drove for a day or two
Noticed a knock from the left drivers side
When accelerating while turning
No other time
Just when accelerating while turning left
Took the vehicle back 2 times
They took the axle back apart and reassembled
Same thing
A day or so of driving and it started up
This is now the 4th time I’m having to take this back to try and get this handled

any suggestions I can give to the shop for what might be going wrong?

Have the shop show you the receipt for an OEM Mr. T CV. If they didn't put in an OEM part, ask why not.

Sounds like they didn't "pull" the axle outwards to size the correct snap ring. The gap is probably too much and when the suspension travels up or down the axle will move and bang against the flange.
