Just sharing a couple pictures of my head unit. Very happy with this one.

I have been looking at this exact same model. I will be upgrading my entire sound system this summer and I was wanting this for the head unit. How is the brightness at night? Is it dimmable? The last thing I want is a big bright lighting shining in my face as I'm cruising down a dark road...

Can you get waze to emulate on the screen? Are you android or apple? It's this or the appradio for me. I'm in the decision tree.

That's one of my peeves. Many of these units aren't dimmable, and are blinding at night.

Kenwood may have a hidden brightness setting. Hold down the soft menu icon and see if it pops up. You should be able to adjust brightness for lights on and off separately.

Bluetooth works fine. I don't have any issues with brightness.

Final question. Did you bypass the amp or leave in place. If left in place, any sound quality issues?

Left in place. I think the harness bypasses the factory amp. No sound issues either way just improvements

Have this in the 100 I just bought. Don't know how to use it yet lol. I hooked up my phone so I can make/take calls as well as listen to music off my phone. Don't know how to use the pandora app on the radio or some of the other functions. Back up camera works great.

I have an iPhone 6 if someone was about to ask.

Which harness did you use, I bought a METRA harness that was suppose to bypass it and I have no audio coming out

What does that button look like? I have a Kenwood 9905s and I would like to see if I can dim mine.
