I have a Kayline Rear sway away rack for the spare tire and has the 2 gas tank mounts.
It was on my cruiser when I pulled it apart for restoration.

It has all the parts for it but could use some new paint! only surface rust. everything works!

I'm not sure what the largest tire it will fit. i have heard it will carry a 33" tire from another website.

i will be getting shipping quotes out today.

No you don't. It has brackets that bolt to the quarter fenders. you will need to bolt them on which requires drilling into the body. On my cruiser it was bolted through the diamond plating and through the body. It seemed like a pretty sturdy setup though.
