57 if she's frisky, 52 otherwise. 60 for emergency use only.

would that be WITH the wind or AGAINST the wind?

65-70 no problem....

 42's and 4:88's

been over 100, but prefer to be around 80 ish. soa/36s/465/4.56s

It all depends on the pucker factor at the time. 70-75 with a 350, 4.11:1's and 33's seem to be the comfort level at around 3000-3200 RPM's. I got a 3.73 to try in the rear so I am anxious to see what she's do...

70ish with stock gears 4 speed and a V8, any more and it just seems to suck gas!!!

65-70 on flat level freeway. Can accelerate briefly to almost 80! . Confortable cruising speed is about 62 or something, 33's/4:11s.

i go 60 mph and sometimes go up to 70 to pass, i think that there is more in her but with 4 wheel drums i dont know how fast i could stop if something came up. I don't drive the cruiser to get there fast, i drive a cruiser to get where no one else can.

I have never gone over 75 but I think it would, 60 is great still good at 65 at 70 the engine is screaming. It loves 55-60 33s /4.11s

what's 180 kilometers per hour work out to in miles?

briefly, slight down hill, 33's 4.11:1 and a H diesel motor in the troopy

All stock, no problem doing 70-75mph. At 60 I have a problem with one tire that bounces (need new tires). Above 60 mph no bounce.

Not sure the speedo cable is pieced on my rig. even the mileage quit turning over.....that's great. My friends clocked me at 65 flat and 70 downhill.

You can buy one for $20 at Advance or napa that works great and it was not that hard to change out.

Speeds

Have done over 100, GPS verified. Very Dangerous, only did it once.

70mph @3000 rpm was ok cruising speed.

Original 64 drivetrain:

70 was comfortable and easy on 31s

With 33s, 70 is a little tougher - more like 65 most of the time.

Coming down mountain passes I've held 85-90 for extended periods of time.
