Loving it so far. Picked it up in Colorado this past weekend and it's great.

Now time to clean up the FJ80 and sell it off.

Congrats, you will appreciate the creature comforts of the 100 over the 80. However I warn you, you might have seller's remorse once the 80 is gone.

It's possible, but the 80 has had a long and good life. It is perfect for someone wanting a cheap trail rig.

I did the same transformation as you from an 80 to a 100. Wheeled both and have to say I LOVE my 100. Congratulations on your new purchase. Have fun building it up, tons of cool things guys have done with their trucks on this forum. Welcome to the club! Very good choice of color by the way! ;)

Congrats , it looks great ! - I was an 80- owner also and I will tell you that the 100s feels just as good.... I think I even like it better. The V8 in these just feels really nice !! I have not wheeled it yet but for what I do I think it will be just fine.

I definitely do not miss that old inline 6. The V8 actually has some power to pass.

Looks great. Congrats and welcome to the 100 club!!

Looks like a clean one. Congratulations!

Although I love my 80 I would like to own a Hundy one day, with the 5spd AT, etc...

Congrats!!

Congrats! I almost went for an 80 but the 100 is so much more refined for those times you're not off-road. Mine's my daily driver.

Congrats from another 80 to 100 convert.

Awesome rig! Did the same thing last winter (80 -> 100). Huge upgrade. There are times, however, I wish I still had an 80 to go beat up...

Congrats and welcome to the club! I'm yet another 80 -> 100 guy. I still love the 80, it is my favorite Land Cruiser (that was available in the States), but the 100 is a much nicer daily driver for my wife, and more than capable for the type of wheeling I do these days (which ain't much since the two kids came along). Of course, I still have another solid axle, double locked vehicle to stand in for the 80, so all is good!

Congrats! I look forward to seeing what your experiences are with the hundy. I see yours has the electrostat black badging. I wish my black LC had the black lettering.

Key word "Some" :flipoff2:
