Terrian is basic MI stuff. Lots of mud puddles, rutted, small hills, no rocks. My friend with the Land Rover busted his bumper last time through a puddle and needed to be pulled out.

My vehicle has the standard Michelins (new), no locks, 58K, nevers appears to have left the suburbs.

How will my lx compete with the LRs? Most of them are stock, so they are running on all seasons like myself. New to these vehicles and appreciate your feedback.

What to expect running with a bunch of Rovers?
Expect to be the one doing all the recovering. :)
(Sorry. Couldn't resist.)

Seriously, though, back when I lived in MA, I witnessed a stock FzJ-80 (same
truck, minus some luxury appointments) on fairly mild tires following in the
footsteps of 40s on the Viet Nam trail before it got closed. It's got mud, sand,
rocks and hills.

torch,
You can expect to get more responses in either the 80/100 section or the chat section.

I just did a recent trip wandering through the Mojave Trail and ended up pulling a stalled Defender 110 out of the water. Needless to say my 96 Cruiser forded the water effortlessly......
