Guys,
If you need toyota or lexus parts you have to call Beno (real name is Onur). He's in Atlanta and returned my call at 8PM!!! Awesome prices, extremely knowledgable and got everything I needed.
His number is 1-678-987-6423. This is where ALL my future parts orders go.
THANKS ONUR,
Anthony

I guess the secret's out now. @beno our benevolent moderator rocks!

The only downside for us west coast guys is the ground shipping. Isn't there another forum guy who ships closer to us SoCal folks? Beno is obviously held in high esteem which is not my strong suit here. Lol Many thanks.

CruiserDan is in ALBUQUERQUE.

My mentor and best friend. That's who I would call.

Thank you Anthony. Pleasure talking with you sir. Sorry for the late call!! Long day. :)

Another +1 for Beno. He was very knowledgable, and got me what I needed very quickly!

I do hope (for my wallet and cruiser's sake) that I never have to talk to him again. :hillbilly:

Hard not to agree with @beno on this one. I personally have purchased from both and both are extraordinarily valuable resources to any LC owner. Their knowledge goes way beyond the best parts guys you're likely to come across.

beno has been able to source me a reasonable amount of parts for my nonUSA 73 which has saved me the hassle of international sourcing for basic maintenance items ...

Posting this for the benefit of those who have not reached out to beno or CruiserDan yet ....

My cruisers don't communicate directly (I have to interpret), but my credit cards have a direct link to beno :rimshot:

Okay, so I guess I'm out of the loop. What kind of parts does he sell? OEM stuff or aftermarket fun stuff? Website?

OEM

Just tell him the part #, and he gets you a hell of a good price.

Or give him the application ....

In the 80's - late 90's I lived in Marietta close to the big chicken. Beno would know what I'm talking about being from Atlanta. Bought my first Landcruiser in Atlanta, 1995 FZJ80 (green). It was only 1 year old when I bought it. Wish I still had it.

My in-laws live in Marietta (wife is from there). My father in law owns an architectural firm that helped do improvements on "The Big Chicken".

Not the first LC I'd bought but my second 80 series, I bought certified from Sandy Springs Toyota.

I told them all the GOLD COLORED STUFF had to be removed and replaced with standard finish before I arrived to pick the truck up. They failed to do that. Long day.

In the early 90s, I lived about 4 miles West of the Big Chick ... very familiar with that area

Roswell has changed a lot since the 90s.

I'm in Alpharetta (Johns Creek actually) and it was dry when I moved to the area in the mid 80's. Didn't matter though, no one lived here back then... Things have changed a lot!
