the good

• its a LC

the BAD

• AC doesn't work well
• power windows are slow
• engine runs hot
• rear tailgate latch is missing

I'm in Angeles City, Pampanga. Im originally from tha bay area.
this is my first land cruiser. I have a 02 explorer back home. completely different animal here.

there is an AC link in the FAQ. the heater valve on the firewall sticks sometimes and has to be adjusted manually from under the hood. thats what I have to do, when I make sure it is fully closed I can hang meat in the cruiser even on the hottest days, but even with it just slightly open my AC isnt for sht

Is your high speed fan working? If not get a new relay to get it going again. It fits in the kick panel by the drivers side dead foot. Also clean heater coil by removing your blower fan and sticking your hand up there and pulling the dust off,coil cleaner works after removing the easy material. MIke

jus took the LC for a spin. alot of torque, good bite on the brakes.
here in AC itz hot as hell & the A/C doesnt work.

Phenomenal! You won't be sorry. I just posted a few minutes ago how my 3FE at 415K miles purrs like a kitten and has never been rebuilt or swapped; and very easy to work on if it needs it.
My AC just needed a new $5 gasket in the compressor, not a hard fix.
Although it's almost indestructible, the 3FE should not run hot. You know the routine - replace the thermostat, if still hot, replace the waterpump. If it's still hot, your radiator is next on the list.
