Looks like you can purchase them individually at $0.20 each - $0.18 each if you buy at least 50. Further on in the thread I referenced it was mentioned that shipping would be expensive from Canada to the US, and may not be worth it for a small order.

I figure that each FJ40 would only need two - it would take a lot of FJ40s to make it worth the shipping.
