JDM Spare Tire Carrier Question? (1 Viewer)

I have a question for anyone with the JDM spare swing out.

A previous owner pulled all the external parts and placed some fancy looking hardware to seal the bolt holes. I'm trying to reinstall everything, and If I look at the parts diagram it shows there should be 3 bolts holding the top and bottom brackets to the side of the truck. However, my truck only had 2 holes on the top and bottom. Am I looking at this wrong?

90119-08769 is the part in question.

I'd say you're missing holes, 4 top and 3 bottom on mine.

Thanks! Yep, PO must have patched over some of the holes. Might have to do some drilling....
