just guessinf here but on my sis 4 runner its under the rear passenger seat.
maybe give it a try?

Thanks guys. I was wondering because there is a storage in the passenger firewall of the cargo area. Triying to figure out what goes there.

There isn't anything stock that goes back there. I use it to storea small medical kit, a couple of bottles of gear oil, papertowels, garbage bags and stuff like that.
