My 68 SOA fj40 came with a power steering conv. It looks like the same box that comes on heeps. I have checked the boards for a matching swap but cant find one(might be due to everyone censoring the word jeep). The question I have is, having this system so far forward(it is right behnd my front bumper) which hi-steer system can i get for a 78 disc axle? Would it be easier to reowrk my steering and install a saginaw off scout? When I find out more details about the box I plan on calling 4x4labs thanks for any help.

you can use the same hi steer any saginaw box would use. saginaw is just a company they make boxes for lots of aplications (saginaw michigan) i have mine mounted exactly were yours is and that is very common. just search power steering conversions and hi steer setups its the same for your box, just make sure you buy histeer arms for the 78 knuckles. 76 to 78 are a smaller pattern on the mounting bolts for the arms. good luck!
