The great baseline is getting started!
1. Timing belt/water pump/tensioners/drive belts
2. New plugs and engine decarbon
3. New air filter and wiper blades
4. New CV axles(only aftermarket thing) just couldn't pull the trigger on $400each toy axles
5. New steering rack and outer tie rods
6. Drain and fill tranny fluid
7. Svc all differentials and T-case
8. Crank torsion bars to net 1" lift until I stomach the lift and bigger tires cost
9. Alignment
10. Lube all grease fittings
11. Have a significant clunk in the driveline so replacing two of the front diff mounts. Rear mount for the front diff seemed totally fine
12. Flush coolant and clean radiator
13. Replace all 3 power steering hoses
14. Replace oil filter adapter gasket, front axle seals

Think that's a good start for now. Front brakes are fairly new and bearings repacked. Tires are fairly new. Rear pads 1/2 worn. Heater T's new. Anything else you can think of??

I’d probably just buy a 200 instead of all that... but maybe just me.
:flipoff2:
nah... that thing should drive like new! Sounds like some good work getting to know your cruiser.

LOL
I had mine and sold it! It was a LX though and when I sold it there were no options for lifts/bumpers etc and my wife said it looked like a Soccer Mom car.

How's the parking brake working for you? Don't be surprised if you pull the rear discs off and see that the shoes are toast.
