I'm riding in the bed on this trip. That way I have a better chance of jumping out when we burst into flames.

JP I think you did a really good job on that tunnel. I hope the rest of the vehicle is at this same level of craftsmanship.
 
Hey Marshall next time you go grocery shopping don't forget to pick up some paper bags, you'll probably need 50 or so, I figure you'll get 50-100 miles out of each use before the wind shreds it off your head
 
Hey... You'all can give JP the business, but I don't see anybody down here helping him..:flipoff2: only his poor old Daddy LV ... He is doing a great job, in record time...I have never seen anybody work this hard with focus and dedication to the trip...:cheers:All I ask is that he gets this project done soon and gets back to the LV's:bounce:... Marshall, just bring him back safe and sound...:)

I could not help but appreciate the "chernobyl sarcophagus" may I put forward the nickname CHERNY seems somehow appropriate at least at this time. LOL :) It does exist and its name is CHERNY no Uraninum harmed in it's construction.

Um, No, I'm not JP, but I did say in a Holiday Inn Express last night! (and am rushing to finish a 45 for my own little trip)

Yeah, still need to fab up some sliders as well.

Front and rear bumper (along with seat bracket) just back from powder coating.

Rick, thanks for the kind words, but I'm sure I'm not even close to Ward. (although if I had his team and tools.......:hmm:)

What sweet sound!!!! I was able to get a lot knocked out but didn't really take any pics :(. But did want you guys to see my dedication to this trip.... Not even the 6" of torrential rain could slow me down. Yesterday was tue mafia style wrenching...even got to do some welding with my feet in a puddle of water :hillbilly:
