Issues with ABS system '02 LX 470 (1 Viewer)

On a couple of occasions this winter (on cold mornings), I would get warning lights on the dash and a loud warning buzz that would last anywhere from a couple of minutes to 20 minutes and then turn off. My ABS is working fine even when the warnings came on but took it in to my mechanic to figure out the issue. He ran a diagnostic and came back with the the following codes:
C1223: Fault in ABS Control System
C1252: Hydro Boost Pump Motor Fault

Has anyone else experienced this and what is the best course of action? Thank you!

Booster motor is likely on its way out.

Is that something I can easily replace or do I have to replace the whole ABS system?
