Issue shifting into 1st and reverse when hit from a complete stop (1 Viewer)

Hey I have a 1985 fj60 i am currently having problems with shifting into 1st and reverse from a complete stop after it gets hot when it's cold goes in no problems I have changed the slave cylinder and put new fluid in it adjusted the pedal to spec and it's still doing the same thing just wondering if anyone has had the same issue and resolved it ??
