ISO OME rear springs only? (1 Viewer)

Hello all. My wife and I recently added a FJ40 to our collection. It's a 72 with some mods already completed, which is nice. The front suspension had new springs, OME shocks, power disk brakes, etc. However, the rear has what looks like the old stock springs and some regular Monroe shocks. My guess is the rear suspension parts got separated somewhere along the way and never made it with the truck.

Can those springs/ shocks be purchased separately? If so, where?
