Hey all.
I'm on Vancouver island and trying desperately to get my bj40 up and running by mid next week, so we can shell the house.
I started a rebuild over a year ago but then a bunch of things came up and we spent 6 months working in the Yukon and ya-da ya-da now I'm out of time.
I have the wheel ends and birfields all rebuilt and went to rebuild my differential when I realized that the solid pinion spacer I had didn't fit my pinion shaft. So I hopped in my truck and bought a whole diff rebuild kit specifically for the new spacer. Again wrong one. So I think someone at some point in time had swapped diffs or axles and I don't know what I have but I do know I need the cruiser to run. All I need is a working diff. I will hop in the truck tomorrow morning and be pick it up wherever you are.
