Is this part of the A/C syetem? (1 Viewer)

My A/C is leaking and i am not sure if this is part of the problem, i'm away from my truck right now but i have this picture with me. Last time i charged my system i saw something dripping off of this but i replaced the condenser o rings since and still have a leak somewhere. Any idea what its function is? Thanks.

Not sure, but I think that is part of the system. Just because it drips doesn't mean it's leaking there either. Lines that get really cold collect condensation and then drip.

That is the power steering cooler (no relation to the A/C system )
