is this coolant or oil?

Do you know the part# for that by pass hose on the metal T, the straight one ? I am replacing all my coolant hoses, but when I look up the the hose on Partsouq, I find the curved hose part # 1626150090 and beneath it says substitutions by pass hose #2 part # 1626466021 it does not look like the hose thats on there now it is thicker in the middle, looks like insulation. I think the correct hose is 1628150030, but I have not seen it on any diagrams.
