That is a fuel tank shield. You have leak but not from that crack.

It's an oil pan in the diesel 100's.
Imagine how long the Dipstick would have to be...........whew.....!

That’s going to be a big xpensive repair. Our old Blazers which were snowplows had leaky gas tanks. Tank, shield, fuel pump, probably the lines, broken bolts and alotta swearing from the tech.
I got fed up and took a saw and grinder to the back cargo area and cut out the floor. Replaced the floor with plywood and they were good to go.
Grinder sparks near a leaky gas tank were exciting.
