Is this a normal Voltmeter charge? '03 LX 470 ( yellow highlighted circle) (1 Viewer)

My son has 2003 LX 470. I had Autozone check the battery and it's fine. They did not have a tool to check the alternator.
Is this number normal? ( yellow circled gauge).
My daughter has 2004 Land Cruiser and the 2nd photo is what her gauge reads pointing directly horizontal.
On the other hand, when I look at this closely, aren't both indicating 14 V? Maybe I'm not used to the different gauge in the 2003 pointing slightly up. My 2013 LX 570 and my 2018 LC both point directly horizontal. Thoughts? Everything runs fine.

It points up not because of 2003 model. LX470's gauge middle point is not at horizontal. Same for coolant temperature, fuel level ......
