Is the fj62 and fj80 have the same water pump????

If by "is" you mean "do", then yes. Once the 80 series went from FJ80 to FZJ80 and the motor changed, the water pump became different. The water pump of the 3FE remained unchanged, regardless of what application the 3FE went into.
