Is EMS still in business?

I've not been able to get a hold of *anyone* for 2 weeks at EMS. I PM'd 2 members on here (Ben, Backtasht) called their store 2 separate times since yesterday, left my number on their voice mail. My order for the '91 FJ80 exhaust was placed over a month ago with the assurance that it would be ready in 2 weeks. Today is 1 month. All I've received from them is 1 stinking email yesterday letting me know there is a problem with billing, but no one will answer.

Yeah they are still in business, just super busy, Ben isn't there any longer so all the shipping and office stuff he was doing is being done by a short staff.

I spoke to them the other day, and they said that if I *really* needed to get to someone to call multiple times in a row. If they hear the phone continuing to ring, they'll get it.

Oookay...If they want to get paid, I would think they'd call me by now. Guess I'll take my business else where since I've tried calling twice in a row in 3 minutes, emailed multiple times and even responded to them asking about a billing problem. Since apparently I haven't been charged, I'm sure they won't miss anything.

I'll give them till COB today and then it's cancel time.

I just talked to him 20min ago. They are down 2 employees and another had to go get a chest X-ray. They are a small shop. But yeah be patient if you can. They do good work.

I suppose I'm coming off harsh. But to be fair it's now 3 weeks past their initial date and I'm unable to get a hold of *anyone*, and I've had enough times where I played the nice guy and let them walk all over.

I can understand things all happening at once and some bad luck. Guess I'll take a chill pill and keep trying to contact them.
