How do you actually charge a jackery? 4-5 days of coffee machine use would kill it wouldnt it?

I have an inverter - it weighs 5kg

It charges off the vehicle when I'm driving around while over landing/ camping. My main use for it is running my fridge/freezer when the vehicle is not running.
