Hi there, I'm 39, live in Montana and recently purchased my first Fj40 and every question I typed was answered here so...might as well join. This is my first FJ however it is my 17th Toyota . I am an operator and fabricator and used to enjoy building crawlers( no I'm not a purist, nothing is safe) and getting all into a Toyota build. Kids, family, hunting and fishing keep me too busy to build a rig from the ground up again so I purchased what I consider to be the pinnacle of Toyotas. I was 6 the first time I hit the Rubicon and it was in a 75 FJ. My father and uncle were very heavy into off roading from sand drags to mud and especially rocks starting in the late 70's and the apple didn't fall far. My father recently passed and I found some of his old off-road dash plaques and decided I too needed a mid 70's blue fj to put them on. I couldn't be happier with it.
