Hey y'all. New to the forum and stoked to be here. I own a '79 BJ40. It's my first cruiser I've personally owned. I grew up in these things and its so good to be back in one. Looking forward to talking to more of y'all on here and learning about these machines.

Am I seeing the same cruiser? One looks blue the other looks beige.

Blue, esp. light blue, can be middle-tone in B&W if photog sets exposure to such.

yep! Light blue is a hard color to work with within photography, especially surrounded by palms and underexposed lighting

A yellow (minus blue) filter would get you closer to black, but also the green foliage! Nice rig!
