International Ground-to-Air Codes (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know of a source of a "survival card" that has the international ground-to-air codes on it. Have a set of signal panels in my vehicle (just in case) and would like a "RUGGEDIZED" card to with them so I know how to lay them out if I need to.
