Any one know how to get this offf

I have the two screws under the rubber grommet out already

Yes a BFH will work but it would seem excessive

So there must be a release?

Peel up the rubber, I think it has a clip that holds it on......I remember dealing with it, but I cant recall what exactly it was. I have a picture in my file with the rubber peeled up, that was probably supposed to be remind me!! Its beens several years.

Edit: just reread your post, you found the screws.....DUH!! I think that is all that holds it on.
 
It's pinned through the shaft. Drive pin (#19) out and the handle (#18) will come off the shaft (part of #75).

Yes. There is a small pin.
This has to be tapped out
