Intermediate wipers don’t work. The rear does. When it’s in the intermediate position, is the same as it being in low wiper mode. I picked up a new wiper arm (steering wheel) from a 2000 4Runner at the junk yard. Didn’t work. Did some searching found a video on how to solder a new relay in. Did that, still the same. Checked all my fuses, they are good. Both inside and under the hood. Where do I go from here?

I searched the forum and found a listing in 80 series Lancrusier that said to replace the wiper motor, but my wipers work fine EXCEPT for the delay function

Any help would be appreciated

There must be an electronic module somewhere that does the intermittent/delay operation. Seems more likely that the module has failed and is operating continuously rather than with an intermittent function.
