I can't find mine, get one from 3 pups... good guy. I'm guessing it's for a 60 series box on a 40?

Yea, 62 box on a 40. I need the small u-joint for clearance around the stock shock tower. The actual intermediate shaft is not long enough for my box placement so I am using a keyed 3/4 shaft and will weld the 3/4 shaft to the stock u-joint.
