Instrument cluster question on a 93 FZJ80 (1 Viewer)

Can any years of 1990-1997 (FJ80 and FZJ80) instrument cluster inter-changeable with each other? I have a 1993 FZJ80 needing the instrument cluster....can a 91-92 work with my 93? Can a 95-97 work as well? Thanks for the feed back.

The big difference with the 91-92 models is they use a cable driven speedometer where the 93 and up use a electrical driven unit. The 93 and 94 should be interchangeable. The 95+ models may be different because of the implementation of ODB2 with differences in connector pin outs. Others may be able to provide more info. The best thing is to check the online parts catalog websites to see if the same part numbers are called out
