I'm installing a mechanical water temp guage and a boost guage in my buddies Prado and I'm having afew issues with the finishing touches here.
Which sender do I tap the temp guage into? Neither of these seem to work. The one on the right causes the guage to bounce back and forth, and the left one just pins it at max.
The temp guage kit came with a sender, and 3/8" and 1/2" NPT adapters. The adapters both seem too big to thread into the blank in the filler housing. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Also, where should I tap the boost guage into to get a boost reading? I'm having issues determining which is running off the vacume pump, and whats from the manifold.
