Injector nozzle question

I've pulled my injectors off (2H) to go and have them checked out at the injector shop, and now i'm wondering how to remove the nozzle seat gaskets that remain down in the hole. The 2H FSM doesn't mention any special procedure, and I don't have a tool to grab a hold of the little buggers. Any ideas?

buy a cheapie pick set. they have little hooks and stuff.

I used a small piece of wire with a hook bent at the end Worked for me!
