Does anyone know the name of this part? (the green box) My rig is leaking collant from the left where the upper gates hose is attached (in this pic) due to the plastic nipple being old and broke off. i have bypassed it right now, but i need to buy this part.

Doubt it. Wouldn't matter anyway. They are the same valve regardless of market specification or engine.

Can't the valve just be removed and mounted on the other bracket? It's 2 screws on the back of the valve on the aftermarket ones. Was always curious since the early model one is more expensive

But the only difference in the 90-92 VS the 93-97 is the metal bracket and most come without the metal bracket

Oh I had my years wrong, the 95-97 NA cruisers have a little different mount, than the 91-94 I have changed quiet a few

Get OEM for sure. Had an aftermarket one years ago that failed 6 months later.
