Info 0n importing 70's (1 Viewer)

I am trying to learn,need info on Importing 70s

I am new to this section and i am looking to buy a 70series.I read about the 25 years for importing to the us.But i read this on the EPA site Overview of Vehicle Import Requirements | Importing Vehicles and Engines | US EPA
Do i need to look in a different place it says 21 years which is right?
I am looking to learn so when i buy and i don't make a mistake.
I am looking for one in the US but there are some in Canada.

It might be easier trying to buy a "70 Series" that is already in the States.

You are right 1978HJ45 it would be and that is what i am looking to do.I would like to know for the informatin and there are some good 70's in Canada.
