I am a new member to this forum group. I have a 1979 FJ 40 that has been in the family since new. I bought it from my wifes cousin about two years ago and it's body has been mal-nurished since '79. Having a tought time finding body part for it. Any help you fellow cruiser lovers are willing to give would be welcome.

I'm looking for a good part supplier, and the latest thoughts on tubs. I'm clueless and I plan to keep the cruiser for a long time and hand it done to my son. So I want it to be solid and done right.

There are other places where you can buy used parts...or you could do aluminum tubs...
I personally have not used Heritage sheet metal so I do not know about the quality....There are a few members in the 40 section that have bought from them though..
fj4o's are slim pickens around here...If you need help with anything, I'll do what I can...
