Importing a Canadian BJ74 (1 Viewer)

I looked on DMV website, called DMV and sent email; no good answers or no reply.

Will VA DMV be okay with a more-than-25-year-old BJ7_X, diesel, RHD from Canada?

What importation documents do I need to keep these DMV people happy?
