I’m tall-knee pad ideas

I’m 6’3 and my right knee is always hitting dash corner. Any solutions exist besides a generic foam pad or hacksaw? Thanks!

If you go the foam pad route, check out the type of stuff used in sea kayaks for knee bracing. Since you basically wear a kayak, the foam can be easily custom fit to shape. Mine is very comfortable against my knees. Sounds like you‘re going to contact the dash anyway, so you might as well be comfortable wearing your Land Cruiser.
