Good luck mate, they are a rarity in Aus (have been looking for a mint set for years), your best bet is to find them in Japan as they weren't standard on Aus models.

I get all my parts from the wreckers in Bunbury. They had one in the same as you are chasing a couple of months back (am unsure about the ladder though).
A stainless fabricator would be able to make a ladder (maybe try boat canopy fabricators??)
