I’m looking at my first cruiser possibly. It has 274k, is out of state so I can’t look at it until I make the trip. What are some things specifically for a high mileage engine I should be looking for? Also anyone have a rough estimate of how much I should be paying? It’s stock.

Will do. I didn’t see any but probably because Firefox on my phone messes up forms.
Mine has 291k and my son's has 260k. One thing I'd want to know is when the timing belt was done. Since that's every 100k, that could be coming up soon. You can register for a free account at toyota.com/owners and then add this truck as if you own it. Enter the VIN and it will show you all of the service history ever done at a Toyota dealership. Both of mine had pages upon pages of maintenance records so that was my biggest concern. If it's been maintained, it will last a LONG time. I've had zero issues with either of mine and I've had them about 2-3 years each. Both are daily drivers.
