mini box

Are you sure this ps box is from a 79 to 85 mini truck. I have completed 4 of these conversions and the boxes all had 4 bolt mounting.

The seller did not mention it was a 79-85 PS box......He stated "IFS" PS box....which is from a mini 86 and up.... ;)

He still has the shocks... They were on the floor of the shop today when I was there. I'll vouch for him. My wheelin' & wrenching buddy.

No...the steering box is from an '87 toyota pickup. It can be used for doing Hy-Steer conversion on a 79-85 mini truck with some fab time.

What did you use a 79-85 box for?? I thought they were useless.

I will take the shocks.

Sorry Mel, "The Truck Doctor" beat you by a day. Even tho you are willing to pay full price and he isn't I will honor my word and sell them to him.

Everyone uses the solid axle boxes for FJ40 PS. Its a very simple deal to bolt one of those boxes in place of the manual box.
