Idle Speed Adjustment

What is the correct idle speed (in gear) on a 2000 model? Mine is running at 500 and I would like to adjust to 600, can this be done? or is it all controled by computer?

700 +/-50 rpm all accessories off. Got the same problem, but need to adjust the other way.

Sounds to me like a vacuum blockage or leak issue causing the low rpm on-gear symptom. Start from there by inspecting your vacuum hoses including PCV.
