Looks like horizontal blue to me.

Generally known as smurf blue

Somewhere on this site, several places I think, are colour cards with the name and code for all the various colours used on all 40 series. Try the search in the 40 and and 45 section.

Maybe start in the 40 series FAQs that Poser has assembled. It is a sticky on the home page of the 40s section.

I think I will go with either horizontal blue or the cavalry blue they are putting on new Fis.
