Sunroof : what part is this and how much damage have I done?

I was cleaning my front sunroof drains and wiping down the surrounding frame and the piece below snapped off. Trying to determine what part this is and how serious of an issue it is if at all. I was thinking about gluing it back on but was worried it could break off and jam up while operating.

First picture below is the front part of the sunroof on the drivers side. Second picture is the same as the first but a close up. Third is the piece that broke off. Fourth picture is the front part of the sunroof on the passenger side without the broken piece.

Both the slide and tilt functions are currently working. No water leaks present.

Any and all help is appreciated.

I think that looks like the guide block, take a look at

BLOCK, SLIDING ROOF GUIDE, RH

Part number: 63625-60010

or

BLOCK, SLIDING ROOF GUIDE, LH

Part number: 63626-60010

Those part numbers are for a 99. I'm not sure how big of a deal it is to have that end piece broken off, I think the ramps are built into the drive cable end itself, but others may know more.

Mine broke like this last fall when a stick or something was in there when I closed it. I have not noticed any change in function.

Thanks for the quick reply and your time. This is exactly what I was looking for. Really appreciate it.
