It looks like there is a coax connector on the box. Signal booster for cell or radio?

2 way radio of some sort? Chase the cables in both directions.

Thanks y'all - best guess is a signal booster for an old car phone in the center console.

Before I chase the cables, just curious if this was a well known part.

Pretty sure its cell related on the LX. Look at the antenna on your window...
